Hello and welcome to my website. It can be a difficult journey to reach the point where you decide to start counselling and it is a brave step to take the initiative towards changing the things that are not working in your life and that may be causing you distress.
Let me introduce myself – my name is Sarah and I am an integrative counsellor and therapist working with individuals and couples. I work with people for both short term and long term engagements, depending on what they need and what goals we are working towards. I see individuals and couples in-person in my consulting room near Toulouse but I also work with people who live all over the world online through Skype or FaceTime. We can discuss what would be suitable for you based on your individual circumstances and what brings you to therapy.
As an integrative therapist, I seek to offer a safe, supportive and confidential space that is separate from your everyday life where you can talk about and explore what is on your mind.
If you are considering entering into psychotherapy, you probably have lots of questions. Through this website, I hope to answer some of these questions and provide you with a sense of the kind of therapist I am, but please feel free to get in touch to find out more.
Get in touch with me today with any questions you have about therapy and how I work on 06 49 24 90 85 or by email email@example.com.
