I am a relational integrative counsellor and therapist working with individuals and couples in both short term and long term engagements. I work with people all over the world online through Skype or FaceTime and I have a practice only 15 minutes from Toulouse, France. We can discuss what would be suitable based on your circumstances.

As an integrative psychological therapist, I seek to offer a safe, supportive and confidential space that is separate from your everyday life where you can talk about and explore what is on your mind.

If you are considering entering into psychotherapy, you probably have lots of questions. Through this website, I hope to answer many of these questions and provide you with a sense of the kind of therapist I am.

Training & qualifications

I have an MSc in Psychology and I am completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology with the well-respected Metanoia Institute in London. Upon completion, I will be a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and fully accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
