This gentle three-hour workshop offers supportive, psychology-informed guidance for anyone who feels the emotional shifts that often come with the darker winter months. Together, we explore both the why and the how—why our mood, energy, and motivation can dip at this time of year, and how we can respond with compassion, awareness, and practical self-care.
During the workshop, we will cover:
- Understanding Seasonal Emotional Patterns
- Rebuilding Energy & Motivation
- Reducing Loneliness & Strengthening Connection
- Emotional Self-Care for the Winter Season
- Preparing for the Festive Period with Intention
Throughout the session, there will be time for gentle discussion, reflection, and practical exercises designed to help you understand your emotional landscape and leave with tools you can use immediately.
Teas, coffees, and light refreshments are provided to keep the space warm, relaxed, and welcoming.
Numbers are limited to 10 people to ensure a calm, intimate environment where everyone can participate comfortably.
