Do any of these questions feel familiar to you?
- Why am I so tired all the time?
- Why do I slip into periods of low mood or depression?
- Why can’t I lose weight even though I’m trying?
- Why does my brain feel so foggy?
- Why do I struggle to manage irritability or sudden mood shifts?
- Why do I feel exhausted even after a full night’s sleep?
- Why do I feel so overwhelmed or easily stressed?
- Why do I feel so unmotivated?
- Why is it hard to focus, remember things, or stay mentally organised?
- What’s wrong with me?
So many people walk through life wondering not just why their energy is low or their cravings won’t stop, but why their mood feels heavier, their mind feels foggier, or their stress feels harder to manage than it used to. If you’ve ever found yourself asking questions like “Why am I always tired?”, “Why do I feel so overwhelmed or low?”, or “How do I get my clarity, focus, and emotional balance back?”—you’re in the right place.
This workshop is designed to help you understand what’s going on in your body and your mind—and how a Keto approach may help stabilise your mood, lift your energy, reduce brain fog, and bring you back to a place of mental clarity and emotional balance, all while supporting healthy, sustainable weight loss.
In this half-day workshop, you will learn :
What is a Keto diet?
We’ll break down what to eat, what to avoid, and how to build real, satisfying meals that support both your physical health and your mental wellbeing. You’ll learn how different food choices can influence things like energy stability, mood, focus, and emotional regulation by understanding how nutrition can interact with your brain and stress response.
We’ll talk through how to create meals that keep you fuller for longer, reduce those blood-sugar crashes that can affect mood and irritability, and help you feel more steady and clear throughout the day. You’ll also get guidance on navigating cravings, emotional eating triggers, and the mental load that comes with planning, cooking, and staying consistent if you decide that Keto is for you.
Why follow a Keto diet?
We will look at what current research suggests about how a Keto approach may influence energy levels, appetite, focus, and overall mental wellbeing. We’ll also talk about where the evidence is clear, where it’s still emerging, and what’s simply myth. Many people report feeling more steady, clear, and in control when their blood sugar is more stable—so we’ll explore why that might happen and how to find what works best for your body and mind.
How does Keto work?
We’ll connect the dots between insulin, blood sugar, stress, hormones, cravings, and mental clarity to help you understand what may be happening in your body. We’ll also look at how a Keto approach may influence these systems for some people, and why its effects can vary. This isn’t guesswork—it’s grounded in basic physiology explained in a way that actually feels understandable and practical.
When should you start a Keto diet?
Starting keto can feel intimidating, and it’s completely normal to experience some challenges in the beginning. We’ll talk openly about common early experiences—like changes in energy, cravings and shifts in mood or motivation—so you know what to expect.
We’ll also cover important considerations for those with medical conditions, and why it’s essential to work with a healthcare professional to monitor things like medications, blood sugar, and overall health if you choose to follow a Keto approach. Understanding these factors helps you make safe, informed decisions that support both your physical and mental wellbeing.
You’ll walk away with practical tools, simple troubleshooting strategies, and a realistic plan that feels manageable in real life—so you can ease into keto in a way that’s steady, sustainable, and aligned with your overall health.
