Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision to therapists seeking both professional support and a space for reflective growth. My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic models, and rooted in the belief that supervision should be collaborative, exploratory, and tailored to the unique needs of each practitioner. I see supervision not only as a safeguard for our clients, but also as a vital part of our own ongoing development as therapists.

One of my specialist areas is supporting therapists who are working with clients experiencing family estrangement. This is a particularly complex and sensitive field, where the risks of unintentionally misguiding clients are high if we rely solely on generalised frameworks. Estrangement carries layers of emotional, relational, and systemic nuance, and I aim to offer guidance that helps therapists hold this complexity with care and clarity.

My values originate from a lifelong love of learning and a deep trust in life as a process of discovery, growth, and exploration. I bring this ethos into supervision, encouraging curiosity, openness, and self-reflection. Whether we are working through clinical challenges, ethical dilemmas, or questions about your own professional identity, I aim to create a supportive and stimulating environment where you can expand both your confidence and your capacity to work effectively with clients.

Supervision with me is a space where you can feel both safe and stretched—a place to reflect, learn, and grow, while always holding at heart the wellbeing of those we serve.
