Here, in a calm and welcoming home environment, I offer small-group sessions designed to support personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being. Each workshop is limited to around ten participants to ensure a safe, comfortable space where everyone can reflect, learn, and connect at their own pace. Each workshop is crafted to help you slow down, reflect, and care for your emotional well-being—whether you’re seeking clarity, comfort, or simply a nourishing pause in everyday life.
